The UEFA Europa League final is sold out.

International ticket sales for the 2013 UEFA Europa League final – being played at the Amsterdam ArenA on Wednesday 15 May – ran from 12.00CET on Monday 3 December 2012 until 12.00CET on Friday 18 January 2013, exclusively via UEFA.com. This was the only authorised channel to buy tickets, besides through the two finalist clubs.

• Application process
The 2013 UEFA Europa League final ticket portal opened for orders from the international public between 12.00CET on 3 December and the same time on 18 January.

Each applicant was asked to complete the online application form for a maximum of two tickets and entered the ticket ballot, regardless of the time of submission within the application period.

Applicants were informed by email by 1 February as to whether they had been successful or not. They could also check the status of their orders via the UEFA Europa League final ticket portal from 1 February. Tickets were delivered by registered post no later than the end of April.

Any ticket order not in accordance with the 2013 UEFA Europa League ticketing Terms and Conditions was rejected.

• Price
Tickets were available in four price categories – Category 1: €135, Cat 2: €100, Cat 3: €70, Cat 4: €45, Youth Package (1 child and 1 adult): €90 and Wheelchair: €45.

Payment for all tickets was by credit card only (MasterCard or Visa). If you were a successful applicant your credit card was charged automatically and no changes or cancellations were accepted after 18 January (12.00CET).

• Applicants vetted
All ticket holders are bound by the ticketing Terms and Conditions and UEFA will take action in cases of any breaches. Online applications were verified with the competent authorities to ensure that anyone banned from attending football matches could not purchase

Sales of tickets for the 2013 UEFA Europa League final were conducted exclusively on UEFA.com. UEFA urges all fans to refrain from purchasing tickets or hospitality packages from unauthorised sellers, agents or websites, because such tickets may be counterfeit or invalid and the unaware purchaser may be refused admission to the ground.

Supporters attending the final are warned that tickets will be personalised and that security checks at the stadium are planned.

UEFA is constantly monitoring the internet and reserves its right to take legal action in case of unauthorised sellers offering tickets. UEFA also wishes to advise fans not to be lured into such deals, as in most cases, the tickets on offer simply do not exist.
