Previous meetings
• Wout Brama (13) and Emir Bajrami (31) put Twente ahead when the sides met for the first time in UEFA competition on matchday three, and Nacer Chadli (65) made it 3-1, with Luuk de Jong (82) hitting a fourth after Djiby Fall pulled one back for OB.

• Twente have yet to lose in seven games against Danish sides, with the record W5 D2 L0 (W2 D1 L0 in Enschede, where they have scored eight and conceded none against Danish sides).

• OB's only previous game against a Dutch side ended in a 2-0 win against sc Heerenveen in the 2006/07 UEFA Cup group stage.

Match background
• Twente have lost only one of their last ten European home matches (3-1 against Villarreal CF in last season's UEFA Europa League quarter-finals), recording four wins and five draws in the process.

• OB have won two of their three European away games this season. A 3-1 win at Wisła Kraków on matchday one ended a run of four straight UEFA Europa League and UEFA Cup group stage away defeats for the Danish side.

Team facts
• Twente are the highest scoring side in the competition with nine goals, and have had more shots on goal than any other team in the group stage (27).

• OB left-back Timmi Johansen played in the Netherlands for Heerenveen from 2006 to 2008. His only appearance against Twente ended in a 2-1 home defeat in December 2007.

• OB forward Morten Skoubo played for FC Utrecht (2008-09) and Roda JC (2009-11) before returning to Denmark. His three games against Twente (all with Roda) ended in two draws and a 2-1 home defeat.

• Henrik Clausen has spent almost his entire career with OB (1994-2001 and 2004-present), barring a brief spell as assistant coach at Vejle BK (2001-03). He managed the club's youth and reserve teams before being given the senior job in 2010, leading them to second place in the league. His side finished bottom in their section in last season's UEFA Europa League group stage.

• Now 64, Twente boss Co Adriaanse spent the bulk of his playing career as a defender for FC Utrecht. Notable coaching achievements include taking Willem II into the 1999/2000 UEFA Champions League, winning a Portuguese double with FC Porto in 2005/06 and leading FC Salzburg to the 2008/09 Austrian Bundesliga title.
