Tottenham Hotspur FC will take on SL Benfica in the UEFA Europa League round of 16 after a thrilling 3-1 comeback win against FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk at White Hart Lane.

Spurs were stunned by Roman Zozulya's header after half-time, but any hopes ex-Tottenham boss Juande Ramos harboured of a successful return to his former stomping ground were dashed by Christian Eriksen's set piece and a five-minute Emmanuel Adebayor double salvo that followed Zozulya's red card.

  • End Time
    The final whistle is blown.
After a first half lacking in any real action we had it all after the break. Roman Zozulya headed Dnipro in front but with the visitors seemingly in the driving seat Christian Eriksen gave Spurs hope. Zozulya then saw red to hand the north London club the numerical advantage and they made it count. Emmanuel Adebayor touched in Eriksen's cross and then produced a fine solo effort to set up a last-16 tie with SL Benfica.
