Draw procedure
• The semi-final pairings were determined by an open draw in which no teams were seeded and clubs from the same national association could be drawn against each other.

• An additional draw defined whether the winner of semi-final 1 or the winner of semi-final 2 would be considered, for administrative purposes, the home team in the final.

• Final: National Stadium, Warsaw, Wednesday 27 May: Napoli/Dnipro v Sevilla/Fiorentina.
