ACF Fiorentina displayed a clinical touch in front of goal as strikes from Alberto Aquilani, Josip Iličić and Federico Bernardeschi eased them to victory over FC Dinamo Minsk in UEFA Europa League Group K.

Aquilani's first-half strike helped Fiorentina extend their unbeaten run on the road in European competition to seven matches as Dinamo were made to regret missing two excellent chances.

Bernardeschi tested Dinamo goalkeeper Sergei Ignatovich with two early efforts, and with 33 minutes played, Aquilani nonchalantly dispatched the opening goal with Ignatovich grounded after failing to claim a cross.

The Italy international's strike spurred Dinamo into action, and they should have equalised a minute before the break as Adama Diomande headed Igor Stasevich's cross wide, with goalkeeper Ciprian Tătăruşanu rooted to the spot.

David Pizarro replaced Aquilani at half-time and was caught in possession seven minutes later, allowing Diomande's pass to provide Hernan Figueredo with a brilliant opportunity to level which the Uruguayan could only fire over the bar.

Dinamo were then made to pay for those misses as Andrea Lazzari, another Fiorentina substitute, made two telling contributions, firstly sliding an angled pass with his first touch that Iličić fired in at the back post. He then produced another defence-splitting pass to allow Iličić to lay the ball off to Bernardeschi, who finished across the face of goal.
