The schedule for the 2012 UEFA European Under-19 Championship semi-finals has been confirmed with both games between England and Greece and Spain and France taking place this Thursday at the Lilleküla Stadium in Tallinn.

Noel Blake's England, aiming to become the first team to win the U19 title two years after taking the U17 crown, enjoyed a 2-1 triumph against France in the teams' final Group B game on Monday with John Lundstram and Harry Kane  finding the target at the Kadriorg Stadium. That result helped to set up a last four encounter against a Greece team that finished as runners-up in Group A following their 3-2 win against Portugal.

England defeated Greece 1-0 on their way to victory at the 2010 UEFA European Under-17 Championship with goalscorer Ross Barkley one of 21 players from both squads from the finals in Liechtenstein present again here in Estonia. That game will kick off at 15.45CET and be shown live on Eurosport 2.

Many had tipped Spain and France to set up a repeat of their 2010 U19 final in Sunday's showpiece but the sides will instead meet again in the second semi-final on Thursday. Julen Lopetegui's team arrived in Estonia on the back of three elite round wins and they remain undefeated here with victories against Greece and hosts Estonia and a draw with Portugal sealing top spot in Group A. Spain versus France gets under way at 19.00CET and will be shown on Eurosport.

Meanwhile, those four semi-finalists, plus third-place finishers Portugal and Croatia, will join hosts Turkey in the 2013 FIFA U-20 World Cup. Portugal were runners-up in 2011.
