Eliminated pair set scoring standard

Lithuania's Gratas Sirgedas and Anass Achahbar of the Netherlands are the top scorers after the group stage, although neither will be adding to their three goals in the finals.

Gratas Sirgedas and Anass Achahbar are the top scorers in the UEFA European Under-19 Championship after the group stage – although neither will be able to add to their three-goal tallies after their teams were eliminated.

Both scored on matchday three, Sirgedas managing both goals in Lithuania's 4-2 defeat by Portugal and Achahbar getting a late consolation as the Netherlands went down 3-2 to Spain. With both taking no further part in the competition, four of the seven players on two goals have realistic hopes of matching or surpassing the leaders' totals: Spain pair Iker Hernández and Sandro Ramirez, Portugal's Alexandre Guedes and Adrien Hunou of France.

Turkey's Okan Deniz and Recep Niyaz and Rai Vloet of the Netherlands have also managed two goals, although Turkey joined the hosts and the Dutch in suffering an early elimination. Of the 18 players on one goal, 12 can improve on that in the semi-finals, when Serbia play Portugal and Spain take on France, or beyond. Spain's Álvaro Morata holds the U19 finals record with six goals, set in 2010/11.
