Lithuania will stage the final tournament from 20 July to 1 August 2013.

Lithuania will host their first continental final tournament when the UEFA European Under-19 Championship is held there from 20 July to 1 August 2013. Seven teams will join Lithuania in the finals, the 12th to be held since the switch from U18 classification.

Spring 2013 tbc: Elite round
14 June: Final tournament draw (Lithuania)
