Oliver Špilár scored twice as Slovakia gained their first points of elite round Group 3 in emphatic style, though their hopes of qualifying for the UEFA European Under-19 Championship finals are over after Greece defeated France in the other game.
With head-to-head record used as the initial deciding factor in the event of teams finishing level on points, Greece's 2-1 victory against the holders means they cannot be overhauled at the top, having also beaten Slovakia on Matchday 1.
Belarus, who lost their opener 2-0 to France, were behind after 19 minutes to Špilár's first, the forward tapping Dominik Kunca's right-wing cross into an empty net. The goalscorer then turned provider as he sent captain Michal Škvarka clear to beat Sergei Ignatovich.
Jakub Paur hit a post on 66 minutes, yet that was only a temporary reprieve for Belarus as Ivan Hladík turned in the third after Ignatovich had failed to deal with Škvarka's deep corner. Škvarka was involved again when he teed up Špilár with 16 minutes remaining, and Belarus's misery was complete when Dmitri Aliseiko deflected Špilár's acrobatic effort into his own net.
