With both Sweden Under-21 records on the line on Tuesday, UEFA.com looks at the top scorers and most capped players of the eight sides to have competed in the Czech Republic.

Oscar Hiljemark and John Guidetti will both have their sights on Sweden Under-21 records when they take on Portugal in Tuesday's final in Prague.

Captain Hiljemark, who scored the Swedes' late fourth goal in the semi-final defeat of Denmark, is level with Alexander Farnerud on 36 U21 appearances, making him his country's joint most capped player. Should he appear in the decider, he will move out in front on his own. Guidetti, meanwhile, has 12 goals at this level, just one adrift of all-time leading scorer Ola Toivonen.

With this in mind, UEFA.com delved into the history books to discover who holds these records for the other seven teams to have competed in the Czech Republic.
