Luxembourg and Estonia shared the spoils as their UEFA European Under-21 Championship campaigns ended with a 1-1 draw in Differdange.
Luxembourg ahead
The home side were eager to lift themselves off the foot of the Group 3 standings, and they saw their chance of earning their first victory of the qualifying tournament after striker Alen Milak put them in front just 12 minutes into the first half.
Vassiljev equaliser
However, Estonia – also without a win in the campaign – ensured that they would not replace Luxembourg at the bottom of the section as Konstantin Vassiljev scored his second goal in four days for the side, having also found the target in the 2-1 defeat against Slovakia, after 35 minutes to seal a share of the spoils and leave both sides winless.
