Serbia got their UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualifying campaign back on track with a 3-0 win in Belgrade against San Marino in Group 8.
Comfortable win
Slobodan Krcmarević's side suffered a 2-1 defeat in Hungary in their last qualifying fixture yet bounced back well at the Omladinski Stadium as Nebojša Marinković and Stefan Babović - one of the survivors of the squad who reached the 2007 final in the Netherlands - both found the net in the first half. Predrag Pavlović wrapped up the win shortly past the hour as Serbia secured three points that moved them up into third place in the section. They next play Latvia on Wednesday while San Marino have to wait until 16 November for their next game, away at section leaders Belarus.
