Finland profit from Dunfermline draw

Finland were the main beneficiaries as Scotland held Denmark to a goalless draw at East End Park in Group 6.

Surprise leaders
Denmark began the day three points adrift of Finland, the team that beat them 1-0 in their opening UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualifier. Yet they were unable to cancel out the deficit as Scotland earned a point in Dunfermline. The result leaves Finland two points clear at the summit, with a match in hand on the Danes. Scotland have one point from two games.
