Bojan seals Spain success

Poland 0-2 Spain José Manuel Jurado and 17-year-old Bojan Krkić, on his debut, scored as Spain maintained their perfect start.

The 17-year-old FC Barcelona prodigy Bojan Krkić made an instant impact on his Under-21 debut as Spain capitalised on the dismissal of Poland goalkeeper Bartosz Białkowski to defeat the home team 2-0 in Group 4.

Early action
The visitors made a decent start, and only two minutes had passed when Białkowski was called into action to keep out a Diego Capel effort. Things were more even from then on until the 70th minute when Białkowski saw red and was replaced by an outfield player. Spain wasted little time taking advantage, Club Atlético de Madrid midfielder José Manuel Jurado (73) scoring from a free-kick.

Late strike
Bojan, a star of the team which reached the final of the FIFA U-17 World Cup last month, wrapped up the three points in the final minute, maintaining Spain's perfect start after three matches. Russia, 4-0 conquerors of Kazakhstan tonight, lead the section on goal difference having also won all their games to date.
