The 2011/13 UEFA Women's EURO 2013 group stage draw was made at UEFA HQ in Nyon, Switzerland on Monday 14 March.

The 36 highest-ranked entrants were joined by the two preliminary round winners. They were split into four groups of five teams and three of six to be played from September 2011 to September 2012. For seeding purposes, the 38 teams were allocated to five pots according to their position in the UEFA women's coefficient ranking.
