Paul Saffer, Reporter, Tampere Stadium: England will face Germany or Norway in Thursday's final at the Olympic Stadium in Helsinki after their hard attacking worked paid off late on. It is England's first final since the inaugural 1984 edition, when after two legs, a side containing Hope Powell lost on penalties to Sweden.
