Panico soothes Italian worries

Patrizia Panico's goal on the half-hour separated the teams in Frauenfeld and moved Italy to within two points of Group 1 leaders Sweden, although the second-placed side have played a game more. Switzerland fell to fourth with Finland having won 1-0 in Serbia and Montenegro.
