As the UEFA European Women's Under-19 Championship gets under way, former Turkey goalkeeper Rüştü Reçber tells UEFA.com about the excitement and anticipation in the host country as well as the "friendly and cosmopolitan" atmosphere which the visiting teams will thrive in.
With Turkey in the final tournament for the first time the Beşiktaş JK player also revealed his hopes that the event will provide a springboard for the women's game in the country and help the hosts become a world force, but for now the 39-year-old is just looking forward to all the action to come.
