Jarl Torske, Norway coach
The two defeats [by Germany and Finland] before today were serious blows for us, but the girls responded exceptionally well and I am really proud of the commitment they showed. We have had problems scoring goals and now we have five in one game!
What is really important is that this team will largely be available for next year's tournament. This year has been a very tough education for them but they responded well and didn't give up, which is very pleasing. They are proud to play for Norway and they had a valuable education ready for next year.
Calle Barrling, Sweden coach
It is always disappointing to exit a tournament like this, but we have to look at the longer perspective, as the defeat by Germany on Thursday was our first in 19 competitive games. This tournament is all about development, and when we reflect on it we cannot be too disappointed.
The first half was very quiet, nothing really happened before they scored, but we struggled to defend in the second half. We prepared well for the game and for the tournament, but defending effectively is a problem for us and it affected us in all three games. In all three matches we were pushed back, and we have not been able to defend as high as we would like to as a result.
