The final tournament draw featured eight nations drawn into two groups of four: Wales (hosts), France, England, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway (best runners-up in the second qualifying round).

The draw, conducted by UEFA head of women's and futsal competitions Mikael Salzer, was made by former Wales forward John Hartson and Sheila Begbie, third vice-chairwoman of the UEFA Women's Football Committee. It took place at half-time of the FAW Women's Cup final between Cardiff City LFC and Cardiff Metropolitan Ladies FC.

Group matches will be played on 19, 22 and 25 August. The top two go into the semi-finals on 28 August with the final three days later at Llanelli's Parc y Scarlets.
