Hingst gives Germany a boost

Germany coach Silvia Neid has announced an 18-player squad for the FIFA Women's World Cup qualifier against the Republic of Ireland on 10 May in Cottbus.

The holders have already beaten Russia, Scotland and Switzerland in the group, and in February won the prestigious Algarve Cup for the first time.
