Euro rivals
Coaches Rudi Völler and Dick Advocaat both agreed to postpone the match, initially proposed for 18 February, after the two nations were drawn together in Group D for UEFA EURO 2004™, meeting in Porto on 15 June. The Dutch will now play a friendly against the United States in Amsterdam next month, while the Germans will travel to Split to face Croatia on the same night.
Friendly schedule
The German Football Association also announced kick-off times for their subsequent three friendlies. They will host Belgium in Cologne on 31 March at 20.30CET, and will play Romania in Bucharest on 28 April at 19.00CET. Malta will face the German national side at 20.30CET in Freiburg on 27 May.
