Applying equally high standards of hospitality across Europe is one of the challenges faced by Thierry Lettry in his role as UEFA's Hospitality Production Manager. His job is to deliver the project management for hospitality at UEFA EURO 2016 as well as throughout the season in the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Super Cup.
"Since I started working at UEFA, I have become increasingly interested in communication matters," Thierry told UEFA.org. "At UEFA, employees come from all over the world and although we have English as a common language, it isn't our mother tongue so getting our messages across can be a challenge."
