Budapest Honvéd FC upset the odds in the Hungarian Cup final as a goalless draw with Győri ETO FC earned a 1-0 aggregate triumph and a place in the third qualifying round of next season's UEFA Europa League.

'Top marks'
Holding a 1-0 lead from the first leg six days ago, Honvéd were forced to work for their trophy in a game that ended ten-a-side at the Bozsik József Stadium, Benjamin and Zoran Supić both receiving red cards. "If I had to give a mark for the players today, I would give a ten to everyone," said ebullient home coach Tibor Sisa, whose side are 13th in the 16-team 1. Liga, six places behind Győr. "That was a perfect performance for me."
