DSC Arminia Bielefeld defender Benjamin Lense will leave the German Cup semi-finalists at the end of the season to join 1. FC Nürnberg. The 26-year-old has agreed a three-year deal with Nürnberg and is available on a free transfer. Meanwhile, Arminia have been drawn at home to FC Bayern München in the last four of the German Cup, while holders Werder Bremen face a trip to FC Schalke 04. The ties will be played on 19/20 April.
Brøndby IF and FC København returned to domestic action in style as they cruised into the semi-finals of the Danish Cup.
