Article body
The talented Serbo-Montenegrin Under 21-international Andrija Delibašic has joined RCD Mallorca from FK Partizan for an undisclosed fee.
Champions League goals
The 22-year-old striker has penned a deal for the rest of the season and a further five years. Delibašic was schooled at FK Sutjeska but left ahead of the 1999/00 season to join Partizan, where he won a championship in 2001/02. His 12 league goals helped the Belgrade club retain their title last year and qualify for the UEFA Champions League, where he scored twice in four outings.
Sunday debut?
Delibašic could make his Primera División debut for 14th-placed Mallorca on Sunday against Real Zaragaoza, another side threatened by relegation. As Delibašic is a non-European Union player, Uruguayan Ricardo Martín Ligüera could be the man to make way at Son Moix.
