The Chief Investigator of the UEFA Club Financial Control Body (CFCB) has concluded, for the first time, settlement agreements with licensors, i.e. the Football Association of Albania, the Football Federation of Kazakhstan, and the Football Federation of Serbia, following investigations, which were opened into the licensor’s compliance with the provisions of the UEFA Club Licensing and Financial Fair Play Regulations.

The requirements and obligations included in the settlement agreements impose specific measures and put the licensor under a special regime in order to ensure proper licensing processes and the correct granting of licences in compliance with the UEFA Club Licensing and Financial Fair Play Regulations.

The full details of the settlement agreements are available here.

The Chief Investigator of the CFCB had opened an investigation into the above mentioned licensors following the breach of licensing criteria by its affiliated clubs (KF Tirana – Albania, FC Irtysh – Kazakhstan, FK Vojvodina – Serbia). These clubs had been sanctioned by the UEFA Club Financial Control Body adjudicatory chamber in April 2018. The full decisions are available here.
