Olympique de Marseille have made yet another signing with the purchase of Lamine Sakho from RC Lens.
The 24-year-old Senegal-born forward has joined in a two-and-a-half-year deal that sees Zoumana Camara move in the other direction by joining the league leaders. Camara, 22, is a talented young defender who has already been capped by France.
Sakho could make his debut in a Le Championnat match at home against Olympique Lyonnais on Wednesday night. He scored a winning goal for Lens against Marseille earlier in the season only to struggle with injury and poor form ever since.
Marseille have made a number of signings in January. Three of the new faces are striker Alfonso Pérez, signed from FC Barcelona, FC Nantes Atlantique's Wilfried Dalmat and Alberto Rivera from Real Madrid CF.
