Former Hungarian international Lajos Détári has resigned as coach of First Division side Haladás FC just four games into the new season.
Détári achieved promotion with Haladás last term and his team had made a good start to the new campaign, lying in sixth place in the table. The announcement came as a surprise but Détári declined to go into the details. "I haven't got a bad word to say about anyone at the club and I wish them every success," he said. "I've felt like a king here in the past few months." Sándor Gujdár, the ex-Kispest Honvéd FC interim manager who was working as Détári's assistant, will remain at the club.
