Limavady make Wright move

Former Northern Ireland goalkeeper Tommy Wright has been named as the new manager of Limavady United FC.

Former Northern Irish international goalkeeper Tommy Wright has been named as the new manager of Limavady United FC, replacing the sacked Eddie Seydak.

Northern Irish caps
Wright won 31 caps for Northern Ireland during a career that included spells in the top flight of English football with Newcastle United FC, Nottingham Forest FC and Manchester City FC.

Ballyclare departure
Wright has left his post as youth development officer at Ballyclare Comrades FC to take up the job at The Showgrounds. His first game in charge will be at home to Crusaders FC on Saturday.
