Club Brugge KV and R. Excelsior Mouscron will meet in the Belgian Cup final after both sides won their respective semi-finals on Wednesday night.
Brugge, leading 3-0 from the first-leg, strolled to a comfortable 3-0 win against Sporting Lokeren St-Niklaas Waasland in the Daknamstadion thanks to goals from Josip Simic after 19 minutes and two strikes in the final two minutes of the tie from Sandy Martens and Birger Van de Ven.
In the other semi-final, Excelsior, like Brugge, also went into the match with the comfort of a 3-0 first-leg win at home and that was enough to see off the challenge of a spirited K. Sint Truidense VV side. The game ended in a 2-2 draw with Marcin Zewlakow and Gordan Vidovic scoring in the second period for Excelsior.
