Lecce revamp their midfield

US Lecce have signed midfield trio Samuele Dalla Bona, Alexei Eremenko Jr, and Francesco Marianini.

Serie A side US Lecce have strengthened their midfield with the signing of Samuele Dalla Bona on loan from AC Milan, HJK Helsinki's Alexei Eremenko Jr and Francesco Marianini of AS Lucchese.

Dalla Bona move
The 23-year-old Dalla Bona joined Milan in 2002 from Chelsea FC but after appearing only four times during his first season at the San Siro stadium, he was loaned to Bologna FC last term.

Finnish international
Eremenko, the son of FC Dinamo Moskva and FC Spartak Moskva player Alexei Eremenko Sr - himself still in action aged 40 with FF Jaro - was granted Finnish citizenship in the spring of 2003, and that October made his full international debut. He has a signed five-year contract. Marianini, 25, was on loan at USC Triestina last season, and has agreed a four-year deal at Lecce.
