CS Marítimo midfield player Bruno will join FC Porto on a free transfer when the 1. Liga concludes next month.
The 27-year-old, who has spent his entire career on the island of Madeira, has agreed a three-year deal with Porto and will join a trio of other new recruits at the Das Antas stadium in the summer. Vitória Setúbal right-back Paulo Ferreira and the UD Leiria duo of Nuno Valente and Derlei, a left-back and striker respectively, have already penned moves.
UEFA Cup challenge
Porto are currently vying with SL Benfica for third spot in the Portuguese top flight - both teams have amassed 59 points from 31 games - with the reward being a place in next season's UEFA Cup.
