Switzerland round-up: Bamba double sinks Young Boys

Yacouba Bamba struck twice to give FC Wil 1900 a dramatic 3-2 win over BSC Young Boys on Sunday.

Yacouba Bamba struck twice in injury time to give FC Wil 1900 a dramatic 3-2 win over BSC Young Boys at the Bergholz stadium this evening.

Late winner
Wil were trailing 2-1 with 90 minutes on the clock before the Ivory Coast-born Bamba pounced to put his side third in the Nationaliga A table, five points behind leaders Grasshopper-Club.

Chapuisat on target
Stéphane Chapuisat had twice put Young Boys ahead from the spot, in the eighth and 78th minutes, with Bruno Sutter netting for the home side at the start of the second half. But it was Wil who had the last say thanks to Bamba's two goals.
