Back again
Manzano was previously Mallorca coach during the 2002/03 season and he has agreed to return to the Primera División side having been offered a contract for the rest of this campaign as well as next season.

Cup success
The experienced trainer has also been in charge of Real Racing Club Santander, Club Atlético de Madrid, Rayo Vallecano, Real Valladolid and Málaga CF, though his greatest achievement came with Mallorca, guiding the team to success in the Copa del Rey.

Relegation fight
The 49-year-old's first game back will be away to former club Málaga on Sunday, when Mallorca will attempt to climb off the bottom of the table at the expense of a fellow relegation struggler.
