Wales round-up: McPhee sinks Newtown

A second-half comeback by Newtown AFC denied Caernarfon Town FC their second win of the season.
Welsh Premiership strugglers Caernarfon Town FC failed to hold on for only their second win of the season as they fell to a 2-1 defeat against Newtown AFC.

McPhee winner
Danny Barton gave home side Caernarfon the lead six minutes after half-time, but their joy was short-lived. The visitors were level shortly after when Dylan McPhee struck his first goal, and his second on 64 minutes secured the points for mid-table Newton. The defeat left Caernarfon third from bottom of the table, while Newtown climbed into ninth place.
