High-flying Real Zaragoza will be without Argentinian international Pablo Aimar for a month after the former Valencia CF playmaker sprained his left knee.

High-flying Real Zaragoza will be without Argentinian international Pablo Aimar for a month after the playmaker sprained his left knee.

Missing out
Aimar, 27, suffered the injury during Sunday's 1-1 draw with RC Deportivo La Coruña, which left Zaragoza sixth in the Primera Divisiόn standings. He looks certain to miss the upcoming matches against RCD Espanyol, RCD Mallorca, Villarreal CF and Levante UD. The midfielder, who has scored three goals in 18 league matches since his €11m summer move from Valencia CF, will also be unavailable for the Copa del Rey fixture against Primera Divisiόn leaders FC Barcelona.
