Modena FC have signed striker Fabio Vignaroli from Serie B strugglers Salernitana Sport.

Salernitana slump
The 27-year-old player scored 21 goals last season for Salernitana but has notched just four in 17 matches this term as his side have slumped to the bottom of the Serie B with just 12 points. Vignaroli has never played in Serie A during his career which has also taken in spells with Como Calcio and Monza Calcio.

Two points from seven games
Modena have earned just two points from their last seven Serie A matches. However the newly-promoted side are still 12th in Serie A seven points ahead of fourth from bottom Reggina Calcio, who occupy the final relegation slot.
