The 28-year-old had undergone a medical with the Nerazzurri last week but has agreed to join their San Siro rivals AC Milan, the reigning UEFA Champions League holders, for an undisclosed fee. Suazo has spent eight seasons with Cagliari since moving to Italy in 1999, scoring 94 goals in 255 matches. His most prolific campaign was the 2005/06 season when he struck 22 times in 37 appearances.
