Honduras striker David Suazo has finally joined FC Internazionale Milano despite interest from San Siro rivals AC Milan.

Four-year contract
The 28-year-old appeared to be destined for the Nerazzurri earlier this month only for Milan to claim they had secured his services from Cagliari Calcio. However, that approach was withdrawn on Saturday and Suazo has now committed to Inter on a four-year contract. Suazo had spent eight seasons with the Sardinian club since moving to Italy in 1999, scoring 94 goals in 255 matches including 22 in 2005/06, his most prolific campaign
