RC Recreativo de Huelva have moved to strengthen their attacking line by bringing in experienced duo Javi Guerrero and Ersen Martin on two-year contracts.
Javi Guerrero, 30, makes a swift return to the Primera División after a successful spell at the Nuevo Colombino last term, scoring seven goals while on loan from RC Celta de Vigo. Celta were subsequently relegated and the player, who has had spells at Read Madrid CF, Club Atlético de Madrid and Real Racing Club Santander among others, has opted to move on. Meanwhile, erstwhile Turkey international Ersen joins Recreativo from Trabzonspor after the clubs agreed a fee of €750,000. The move ends a brief spell at Trabzonspor for the towering 28-year-old, who registered eleven league goals for the club he joined from Ankaraspor AS last summer.
