Bologna FC have signed striker Fausto Rossini from Atalanta BC and secured loan deals for Samuele Dalla Bona and Emanuele Troise.

Part-ownership
Bologna have paid Atalanta €1.5m for Rossini, although the relegated club will retain a part-share in the player. The 25-year-old will spend next season with Bologna in Serie A.

Dalla Bona loan
The Renato Dall'Ara club have also taken former Chelsea FC midfield player Dalla Bona on a season's loan from AC Milan, with the option to buy the 22-year-old next summer.

Exchange deal
SSC Napoli defender Troise, 24, has also joined on a 12-month loan with a view to a permanent signing. As part of the deal, veteran midfield player Renato Olive has moved in the opposite direction on a three-year contract.
