Bosnia-Herzegovnian international Elvir Bolic has returned to Turkey to sign a one-year contract with Super League club Istanbulspor AS.

Rayo relegation
The 31-year-old striker has left Spanish club Rayo Vallecano after three seasons, following the club's relegation from the Primera División. Bolic first came to Turkey in 1992/93 to play for Galatasaray SK following spells with FK Celik and FK Crvena Zvezda.

He later played for Gaziantepspor and Fenerbahçe SK and became the first overseas player to score 100 goals in the Turkish league.
