Real Betis Balompié coach Víctor Fernández has secured the signature of Uruguayan defender Daniel Lembo.

Real Betis Balompié coach Víctor Fernández has secured the signature of Uruguayan defender Daniel Lembo for €2.5m.

Signed from Nacional
Lembo, who is 25, arrives from Club Nacional de Football in his homeland. Betis finished eighth in the Primera División last season, and will be hoping their new-look team, which also includes Ismael López, a loan arrival from Deportivo Alavés, perform even better next season.
