The 47-year-old Arrigoni was appointed last May and guided the Tuscan club into the last 32 of the UEFA Cup, where they were eliminated by RCD Espanyol last month. Arrigoni was close to losing his job in January, but was saved following a request by his players. With Livorno 13th in Serie A, five points above the relegation zone having taken just three points from their last five games, there has been no reprieve this time. Orsi, 47, is a former S.S. Lazio goalkeeper who has worked under Roberto Mancini both in Rome and at FC Internazionale Milano.
