The Football Federation of Armenia (HFF) was able to grant licences to all four Premier League teams qualified to represent the nation in the 2010/11 UEFA club competitions.
The HFF licensing committee rubber-stamped the licence applications made by titleholders and potential UEFA Champions League entrants FC Pyunik as well as by UEFA Europa League qualified clubs FC Mika, Ulisses FC and FC Banants.
Financial documentation from these teams and auditors reports were presented for approval during a meeting of the licensing committee on 11 May – and each of the submissions satisfied the committee's criteria.
However, the clubs are still required to inform the HFF of any further changes on an administrative, financial or personnel level which may occur between now and the end of the financial year in December.
Pyunik's UEFA Champions League involvement begins in the second qualifying round on 14 and 21 July. Banants and Ulisses enter the UEFA Europa League in the first qualifying round on 1 and 8 July, with Mika joining the fray in the second qualifying round on 15 and 22 July.
