Plenty at stake in year-ending qualifiers

The last qualifiers of 2014 are played between Friday and Sunday with two games between sides on nine points and the Netherlands, Germany and Spain out to regain lost ground.

The last UEFA EURO 2016 qualifiers of the year are played between Friday and Sunday with the nine groups starting to shape up.

• Iceland, the Czech Republic, Israel, Slovakia, England, Northern Ireland, Croatia and Italy are aiming to continue perfect starts.

• The Netherlands, Germany and Spain are looking to bounce back after disappointing results in October.

SQUAD ANNOUNCEMENTS

•  The nine group winners, the nine runners-up and the best third-placed side will qualify directly for the final tournament alongside hosts France. The eight remaining third-placed teams will contest play-offs to determine the last four qualifiers for the finals.
