Serbia are hopeful Miloš Krasić will overcome a thigh strain in time to feature in their Group B match against the Czech Republic in Nijmegen on Thursday.

Medical tests
The 22-year-old sustained the injury in the early stages of last night's 1-0 victory against Italy and was replaced after 32 minutes by Zoran Tošić. Krasić, of PFC CSKA Moskva, underwent medical tests today and Serbia will learn tomorrow whether he will be fit to face the Czechs, although he will definitely be ready for Sunday's final group fixture against England. Krasić is playing his third UEFA European Under-21 Championship finals, and has a runners-up medal from 2004.
