Finals hosts in 2009, Zagreb will play at next summer's UEFA Regions' Cup after coming through Group 1 to complete the eight-team lineup for the latest edition of the world's top amateur tournament.
Sreten Čuk's side made a terrific start with a 7-1 victory against Çağırğan of Azerbaijan but a 0-0 draw against Västergötland of Sweden in their second game (which Zagreb ended with nine men) meant that they trailed RTU Futbola Centrs going into their final-day meeting, the Latvian side having followed up a 2-1 opening win against Västergötland with a 1-0 defeat of Çağırğan.
However, there was to be little tension in Novigrad as the decider got under way, Zagreb utterly dominating and winning 4-0 thanks to goals from Nikica Brujić, Željko Štulec, Arjan Rexhepi and substitute Ivan Zelenka.
The 2015 final tournament will be staged next June by one of the eight sides that have qualified.
