Republic of Ireland to stage Regions' Cup finals

The Republic of Ireland has been chosen to stage this summer's UEFA Regions' Cup finals, with the world's top amateur football tournament to conclude on 4 July.

The Republic of Ireland has been chosen to stage the ninth edition of the UEFA Regions' Cup, with the final scheduled for 4 July 2015.

With Irish representatives Eastern Region one of the eight teams who qualified for the finals of the world's top amateur competition, the Republic of Ireland has been selected to play host to the tournament, which features two four-team groups, the top one in each section progressing to the final.

The draw for the event will take place at the Dublin Arena on 30 March, the day after the Republic of Ireland's UEFA EURO 2016 qualifying game against Poland.
